Body and Mind Harmony Weekend
We invite you to intimate regenerative workshops designed for people seeking full relaxation, harmony, and deep body and mind regeneration.
Three days of workshops combine conscious nutrition based on the Five Flavours cuisine, modern So-Check diagnostics, mentor-led relaxation, morning energizing exercises, and luxurious Korean skincare rituals.
Maximum of 12 participants - an intimate group ensuring individual attention and full presence.

Five Flavours Cuisine - new in Kashubia
Five Flavours cuisine (also called the 5 elements cuisine) originates from Traditional Chinese Medicine. It assumes that food affects not only taste and satiety, but also the body's energy, health, and wellbeing.

Individual So-Check examination (Oligo-Check)
Discover the potential of the So-Check platform in identifying health imbalances. It represents a modern approach to preventive healthcare, enabling fast and comprehensive health assessment without the need for blood sampling. All measurements are fully non-invasive.
The examination includes:
Oligo-Check - an analysis focused on macro- and microelements, vitamins, heavy metal load, oxidative stress levels, as well as additional parameters related to the condition of the skin, hair, nails, and joints.

- 12 PLN local climate fee, payable in cash at the hotel reception
