• to properly perform contracts for the sale of services offered by Hotel Szymbark or services related to the sale of the offer,
• to provide electronic services, including carrying out transactions and ensuring the operation of payment systems for services purchased or ordered at Hotel Szymbark, operated at the URL http://hotelszymbark.pl,
• to carry out activities aimed at improving the quality of the product offer or the level of service delivery,
• to handle requests submitted to Hotel Szymbark,
• to conduct marketing activities through available communication channels as well as direct marketing,

Unless the applicable law changes, you have the right to request access to your data, rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing, as well as the right to object to processing and the right to data portability.

The possession of your personal data by us is not a legal requirement but constitutes a condition necessary to provide the service to you. If you object, we will immediately delete your personal data unless the obligation to store them arises from generally applicable legal provisions.
