A reservation is confirmed upon payment of a deposit equal to 100% of the stay value to our account within 24 hours from the booking date.
In case of cancellation of the booked stay, the Guest will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the price of the first hotel night or the value of the booked stay if cancelled less than 14 days before the planned arrival or in case of no-show without cancellation.
By making a reservation and paying the deposit, the Client declares that they have read and accept all information contained in the informational description. Unused services are non-refundable.
